In order to submit a business plan, please compile a PowerPoint presentation of 15 pages at max. The recommended presentation format is as follows:

  1. Market / Space - Clear problem, Clear pain, Market size, Addressable Market share, Barriers to entry, Competition-direct & indirect
  2. Execution Plan - Defensible IP, Solid revenue driver, Scalability
  3. Customer Traction - Revenue, Customer satisfaction and number of customers, Sales approach, Sales cycle
  4. Management Team - Complete team, Relevant experience, Track record | Board & Advisors - Relevant experience
  5. Profitability - Current Revenue & Current Burn Rate - or expectations and reasons for expected ammounts
  6. Financial Projections for next 3-5 years - Revenue streams, Expenses, Profits and gross/net margins
  7. Revenue Potential - Pricing Model, Pricing Changes, Over time/projections
  8. Existing Investors - Friends and Family, Angles, VC’s, Unique capital terms
  9. Investment - Current investment state, Proposed Deal, Use of funds, Unique capital terms, IRR Potential
